Low Carb cheese cake - almond meal crust and stevia instead of sugar

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb - New York style cheese cake

24 oz 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese
3 eggs
8 Sweet Drops Sweetener
1 cup almond meal
1 tsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low Carb - New York style cheese cake

  1. mix the cream cheese until is soft, add vanilla and stevia, then add the eggs.

  2. crust, add a well bitten egg with the almond meal, and add cinnamon with 2 drops of Stevia. press crust in a crust pan than add mixture.

  3. cook at 375 for 40 minutes at least, then let cool over night. cut evenly in 8 pieces.

  4. Enjoy
