Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Muffins

1/2 cup ground flax seed
1/4 cup almond meal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/8 cup unsweetened coconut
1/4 cup Hemp Seed
1/8 cup Chia Seed
1 1/2 serving vitamin shoppe 100% soy protein
1/4 cup Coconut Water
1/4 cup craisins
1/4 serving Kirkland Greek yogurt
1 tbsp sesame seed
1/4 cup walnuts
1/3 cup egg whites
1 tsp butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp Blue Agave

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Muffins

mix dry ingredient, add wet ingredients, mix together, bake at 300 for an hour. Crispy on the outside, still googy on the inside. Should make it into cookie like disks instead of muffins. Need more sugar, more yogurt/liquid.
