A low carb bread for sandwiches or toast, made in minutes.

Recipe Ingredients for Low carb minute bread

1/4 cup almond meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 medium egg
1 tbs coconut oil
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Low carb minute bread

  1. Melt coconut oil, if solid.

  2. Stir in the remaining ingredients.

  3. Pour batter into rectangle-shaped plastic container.

  4. Microwave on high for 60 seconds.

  5. Turn out onto paper towel and let cool.

  6. Slice bread in half height-wise.

  7. Enjoy!
