Good for Diabetics I don't use salt in my recipe, but you can add 1 tsp and the sodium will be 517mg per serving

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Meatloaf Recipe

1 1/2 pound ground beef
1 cup oatmeal
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
8 ounces tomato sauce

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Meatloaf Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Crumble hamburg into bowl

  3. Combine milk and oatmeal and let sit for 5 minutes

  4. After five minutes add the oatmeal mixture, pepper, chopped onion and eggs.

  5. Mix well

  6. Put mixture into baking dish sprayed with Pam

  7. Shape into loaf

  8. Pour tomato sauce on top of loaf

  9. Bake 1 hour
