Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Mango Breeze

2 cup sliced Ataulfo Mango
2 packet Gelatin
1 serving Evaporated Milk
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 serving Heavy Whipping Cream

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Mango Breeze

  1. Peel mangoes and cut flesh from the pit, then dice and cube.

  2. Prepare gelatin as directed in the box, chill, then cut into cubes.

  3. Mix milk, splenda, and heavy cream, diced mangoes and diced gelatin.

  4. Scoop into 4 individual cups then top with tapioca flakes.
