Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Lettuce Taco Wraps

1 pound 93% ground turkey
2 teaspoons (pack) 30% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 onion, chopped finely
12 leaves romaine, large
1 tomato, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
4 ounces shredded fat free cheddar
4 ounces plain fat free greek yogurt

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Lettuce Taco Wraps

Saute turkey meat and finely chopped onion in olive oil. Add taco seasoning, and cook according to directions. Remove from heat and drain. Wash and dry lettuce leaves. Fill each lettuce leaf with portions of taco mix, vegetables, cheese and greek yogurt. Serves 3 each.
