6 oz Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk Cheese
0.5 large Onions
3 tsp 100% Pure Canola Oil
1.5 oz Spinach
23 oz Pasta Sauce

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Lasagna

  1. slice tofu and press between paper towel to soak up moisture

  2. prepare beef, sauce and cheese as with usual lasagna

  3. layer, using tofu slices in place of lasagna noodles. Bake 30 minutes
