Recipe Ingredients for Low carb jalapeno poppers

4 ounces gouda cheese
2 teaspoons dried minced onion
1 egg
1/2 cup cream cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
12 jalapeno peppers

Recipe Directions for Low carb jalapeno poppers

Remove the stems and halve and seed the jalapenos. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Press filling into jalapeno halves and place on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake @ 375 for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
