Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Hummus (Bean Free)

4 medium raw zucchini
6 oz Hummus and Tahini
1/3 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 cloves garlic
2 teaspoons salt
1 tbl ground cumin

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Hummus (Bean Free)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree until thick and smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings to your preference. Pour into a shallow bowl and garnish with parsley, paprika and a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Enjoy!
