Recipe Ingredients for Low carb, high protein muffin

6.63 oz oat bran
12 scoops Synthia-6
8 egg whites
2 eggs
2 tsps vanilla
1/4 cup splenda
2 cups skim milk
2 tsps baking powder
2 tsps baking soda
1 cup 0% Fage Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Low carb, high protein muffin

  1. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl.

  2. Set aside.

  3. Combine wet ingredients together.

  4. Mix well.

  5. Mix dry ingredients into wet mixture.

  6. Pour into muffin cups.

  7. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
