Recipe Ingredients for Low-Carb Flaxseed Meal Pizza Crust

12 servings flaxseed meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp italian seasoning
3 tbsp olive oil
3 large eggs
1/2 c water

Recipe Directions for Low-Carb Flaxseed Meal Pizza Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 425.

  2. Mix dry ingredients together.

  3. Add wet ingredients, and mix very well.

  4. Let sit for about 5 minutes to thicken.

  5. Spread on a large cookie sheet as large as you can in a big square, about 1/4 inch thick.

  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes until cooked through, then add toppings and cook until they are done.
