Focaccia-style bread for low carb diets

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Flax Seed Bread

1/3 cup oil
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt
1 tbs Splenda
1 tbs baking powder
5 eggs
2 cups flax seed meal

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Flax Seed Bread

Preheat oven to 350. Mix all dry ingredients. Add oil, water and eggs. Mix and let set for 2-3 minutes to thicken. Spread on baking sheet lined with oiled parchment paper. Bake for about 20 minutes. If surface bounces back when pushed lightly, bread is done. Cool for 20 minutes, cut to desired size. Makes about 12 pieces, depending on thickness of the bread.
