A low carb pizza. Add toppings of your choice :)

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Egg Pizza

3 eggs
1 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
40 g Soy Protein Isolate
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp grated Parmesan

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Egg Pizza

  1. Combine cream and soy flakes in a bowl. Add a little water (around 2 tbsp) and let it sit for a few minutes. (Use the mixture right away if you want a crunchy pizza)

  2. Now add the flaxseeds and 3 eggs. Mix lightly.

  3. Fry with olive oil on low heat. When the bottom part is firm, flip it over. Fry the other half only for a short time for better texture.

  4. Add parmesan one top of the egg dish. Serve hot

  5. (Flavor with salt or soy sauce if you are not using any other toppings)
