from almond breeze website, modified. If you use almond vanilla flavored almond milk, you don't need to add the vanilla.

Recipe Ingredients for low carb custard

1/2 cup eggbeaters
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
11 ounces Almond Milk, Unsweetened
6 ounces water
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 serving splenda for baking (Kay)

Recipe Directions for low carb custard

  1. Mix together the eggbeaters, splenda, cinnamon and pumpkin pie spice.

  2. Then mix in the milk, water, and vanilla.

  3. Pour into 4 ramekin/custard dishes sprayed with cooking spray. Place ramekins in baking dish in 1 inch of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 15-20 minutes. Eat warm or cover with plastic wrap and cool completely in refridge.
