Recipe Ingredients for Low carb creps

2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 tbs unsweetened almond milk
1 tblsp Soy Protein Powder
1/8 cup Hemp Seed
1 tbl flax meal
1/2 tbl Buttery Spread
1/8 cup water
1/2 tbl cinnamon
1/2 pinch salt

Recipe Directions for Low carb creps

  1. Follow instructions on recipe site except use 4 egg whites in the place of the 2 whole eggs and ISP in the place of the coconut flour and nucoa in the place of the coconut oil and water and stivia in the place of the apple juice.

  2. Fill with a silken tofu berry cream.
