8 oz Organic Heavy Whipping Cream
8 large Egg, Whole
8 spears Asparagus
8 pieces raw Organic Cremini Mushrooms Packaged
1 oz Parmesan, Hard Cheese
1.5 piece Low Carb Wraps
0.4 tbsp Coconut Oil

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Cremini Asparagus Quiche

  1. Toast wrap in some oil, place in the bottom of a round cake pan.

  2. Saute asparagus and cremini until browned, spread over the wrap.

  3. Scramble eggs with cream and spices of your choice. Pour over the vegetables.

  4. Bake at 350 until set.
