Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Coleslaw

4 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp white vinegar
8 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 gram Equal
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 cup red onion, sliced thin
1 head cabbage, sliced thin
1 medium tomatoes, sliced

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Coleslaw

  1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, and sugar substitute in a bowl, whisking until smooth.

  2. Add onions and tomatoes to sliced cabbage, pour dressing over and mix well.

  3. Allow to rest for at least 30 minutes so flavors combine.
