Tropical Traditions sells coconut cream concentrate & other coconut items. Can substitute coconut oil for cream and 2/3 c cocoa powder for choc bar.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Chococo Balls

2/3 c coconut cream concentrate
2 t vanilla extract
3/4 c powdered erythritol
4 oz unsweetened chocolate bar
10 drops EZ Sweetz
15 drops liquid Stevia
8 oz unsweetened coconut

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Chococo Balls

  1. Line jellyroll pan with wax paper.

  2. Gently melt choc bar in micro- 1 min, stir, 15 sec, stir. Add CCC and nuke 10 sec, stir. Add powdered erythritol, liquid sweeteners and vanilla, stir. Add coconut, stir and use melon ball scoop to make balls. Put on pan, put pan in freezer until hard and put in container in freezer to grab one when you need a sweet fix!
