Recipe Directions for Low Carb Chicken Wrap

  1. Dice chicken and marinade in Mrs. Dash Marinades (25 calories per tablespoon but no sodium).

  2. Cook chicken and let cool.

  3. Spread sour cream on tortilla.

  4. Add chicken.

  5. Add veges and cheese.

  6. Wrap up like a burrito and eat.
