Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Chicken Strips

1 1/4 lbs chicken breast
1/2 c cracker meal
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mrs. dash
2 eggs
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Chicken Strips

  1. Cut chicken breast into strips.

  2. Combine cracker meal and dry seasonings.

  3. Beat eggs with worcestershire sauce.

  4. Dip chicken breast strip into egg mixture.

  5. Coat lightly with cracker meal.

  6. Use cooking spray in skillet and brown each side of chicken.

  7. Cover with lid and cook a few minutes longer to make sure chicken is cooked through.
