Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Chicken Gravy

2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup water
3 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp poultry seasoning

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Chicken Gravy

  1. Place 2 cups chicken broth in a sauce pan and bring to a boil.

  2. Add poultry seasoning.

  3. Mix cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water. Stir until smooth.

  4. Add cornstarch/water mixture to boiling chicken broth. Stir constantly until smooth. (About 2 minutes)

  5. Serve and enjoy.
