Recipe Ingredients for Low carb broccoli chicken casserole

4 cup, chopped Broccoli
3 tbsp chopped Onions
3 pieces Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
2.5 cup Cream of Chicken Soup
4 tbsp Mayonnaise
8 mushroom Mushrooms
0.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.5 cup, shredded Monterey Cheese
1 large Egg, Whole
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Low carb broccoli chicken casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 350'F.

  2. Place broccoli florets and chopped onions in casserole dish. Add 3 tbps of water, cover and microwave until tender.

  3. Dice chicken tenderloins and lightly brown in a skillet over medium heat. Pour over broccoli.

  4. In a mixing bowl, mix together cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, cheeses, mushrooms and eggs. Add salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Pour over broccoli-chicken mix.

  5. Place in oven and bake for 35?45 minutes.
