Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Breakfast Wraps

8 oz Original Recipe Pork Sausage
16 oz AllWhites
0.33 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
0.5 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 cup Cheddar Shredded Cheese
8 serving La Tortilla Factory Low Carb High Fiber Large Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Breakfast Wraps

  1. Pre-heat over to 375. On stovetop, brown sausage.

  2. Dice onion and peppers.

  3. Mix egg whites, green chiles and chili powder.

  4. In a shallow, greased, baking dish, layer in pepers, onion and browned sausage. Pour egg white mix over top.

  5. Bale for 30 minutes.

  6. Heat tortilla shells.

  7. When egg mix is cooked, break it up with a spatula and divide evenly 8 times.

  8. Within the tortilla layer cheese and egg mix. Roll up tortilla and place in glass baking dish.

  9. Put back in over for 10 minutes, then serve.
