Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Breakfast Casserole

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
2 lbs sage sausage
1 cup Special K
3 cups eggbeaters

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Breakfast Casserole

  1. Crush 1/2 cup of Special K at the bottom of a 2 quart dish.

  2. Layer sausage on top.

  3. Layer 1 cup of cheese.

  4. Pour 1/2 cups eggbeaters evenly over the current layers.

  5. Layer remaining Special K next.

  6. Add remaining cheese to the top and pour remaining eggbeaters evenly over.

  7. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

  8. Serving size is 1/2 cup.
