Low Carb Bread - Artisan type Makes 1 loaf with approx 16 servings

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Bread

6 serving Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
8 tbsp Coconut Flour
11 tbsp Flaxseed Meal
3 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Yeast

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Bread

  1. Takes some bread baking experience

  2. Combine warm water, yeast, sugar & olive oil. Set aside to let yeast grow. Yeast uses the sugar as food.

  3. Combine dry ingredients. Slowly incorporate wet ingredients completely and knead until smooth. You will probably need to add more water to bring to smooth consistency.

  4. Let rise to double in warm area about an hour. Turn out and punch down, but don't handle it too much. Place in bread pan and shape into nice loaf. Let rise again. About 30 minutes.

  5. Bake in 375 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until nice and crusty and sounds hollow when tapped. I brushed top with melted butter before baking.

  6. Let rise
