Modified the first recipe...trying to create the perfect low carb bread!!

Recipe Ingredients for Low carb bread #2

1 1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup ground flaxseeds
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 large egg
4 large egg whites
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pumpkin
2 tbsp raisins
2 tbsp walnuts
2 tbsp coconut oil

Recipe Directions for Low carb bread #2

  1. Mix dry ingredients

  2. Mix wet ingredients

  3. mix all together

  4. bake in over at 350 for 30-40 min.
