23 grams bobs red low carb baking
7 grams bobs red organic-coconut flour
7 grams bobs red spelt flour
1/4 cup frozen blueberries
2 tbs 1% milk
6 tbs water
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda

Recipe Directions for low carb blueberry pancakes

mix dry and sift, add wet. then add blue berries. scoop onto oiled (spray) griddle. flip when top has a matte look and air pockets surface. remove when cakes are firm to touch.
