Low Carb Banana bread for my Primal diet!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Banana Bread

2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
0.5 cup, unpacked Sugars, Brown
0.5 cup Almond Meal/Flour
4 oz Organic Coconut Flour
6 oz Yogurt
1 large Egg, Whole
2 tbsp Milled Flax Seed
1 tsp Almond Extract

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mash bananas and mix in wet ingredients.

  3. Add dry ingredients.

  4. Mix and spread into a greased loaf pan.

  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
