Yummy low carb almond cookies that also taste good if you switch the vanilla to almond extract or to lemon extract :)

Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Almond Sugar Cookies

5 serving Almond Flour
0.25 cup Butter
1 large Egg, Whole
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Almond Sugar Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Line sheets with parchment paper. Blend flour with remaining ingredients until well mixed ****Note: add 1/4tsp. of sweetzfree to recipe now - original recipe called for 1c of splenda***

  2. Form into 1 inch balls and flatten slightly with fork (sprinkle with additional splenda if you wish). Bake for 8 minutes or until set - YOU DO NOT WANT THEM BROWN. Allow them to cool for a few minutes before transferring them to cooling racks.
