Recipe Ingredients for Low Carb Almond Meal Pancakes

1 cup Almond Meal
2 Eggs
1/4 cup water (sparkling water for fluffier cakes)
2 T Oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 T Splenda
1 T Cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low Carb Almond Meal Pancakes

  1. Mix ingredients together and cook as you would other pancakes.

  2. Use nonstick pan with a little oil. These won't bubble on top like regular pancakes.

  3. Flip when underside is brown.

  4. Very, very good!
