Made with Fiber one Brownies I took a short cut I did not want to wait for brownies to bake in the oven. You definately can bake your own brownies and use for this recipe just keep in mind the nutritional facts will differ from this recipe.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Caorie low Fat Chocolate Banana trifle.

3 oz ( 2 boxes) of Chocolate Sugar Free Instant Pudding
3 cups Whipped Topping Fat Free
2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)(118 g) Bananas
2 brownie Brownies
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid

Recipe Directions for Low Caorie low Fat Chocolate Banana trifle.

  1. Whisk together the two boxes of sugar free chocolate pudding with the milk and set aside.

  2. Add 1 cup of the fat free cool whip to the chocolate pudding.

  3. break up your three Fiber one brownies into smaller pieces and set aside.

  4. Slice the three bananas ans det aside.

  5. In a glass bowl (or a trifle bowl if you have one) layer 1/2 of your brownie bits on the bottom of the bowl, then 1/2 of your bananas.

  6. Cover with 1/2 of your pudding mixture, the 1/2 cup of cool whip (or enough cool whip to cover the layer of pudding).

  7. Repeat the layering with the brownies, bananas, pudding, and cool whip.

  8. You top layer should be the cool whip.

  9. Pleae in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving.
