A Nice, Low Calorie, Blended Soup

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Vegetable Soup

4 small (5-1/2" long) Carrots
1 1/2 medium raw Leeks
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 cup Barley, Pearled, Cooked
1 tablespoon Split Peas
0.13 pack Vegetable Stock Cubes
1 dash Salt, Table
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
1 medium Onion

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Vegetable Soup

  1. Coarsly chop the Carrots, Leeks and Pepper and Onion.

  2. Put all the ingredients in a pan and cover with water.

  3. Boil for roughly 30 mins or until vegetables are cooked.

  4. Once cooked, blend the soup and season to taste.

  5. Enjoy!
