1 tomato
1/2 onions
1/2 cucumber
1/2 red bell pepper

  1. cut up vegetables

  2. add to pan and grill until onions are lightly browned

  3. add the egg whites

  4. cook until golden brown

  5. serve with salt/ pepper (or if wanted can also serve with salsa or pesto)
