Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Vegetable Dump Soup

2 cups frozen peas and carrots
2 cups frozen green beans
2 cups frozen corn
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups water
5 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 (568 grams) potatoes, diced
14 ounce stewed tomatoes
1/2 cup squash, zucchini
1/2 cup celery, chopped

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Vegetable Dump Soup

Mix all together in Sauce/Soup pan. Cook until done.. Season as desired...
