Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Stuffed Mushrooms

6 medium mushrooms
6 tsp low fat cottage cheese
1/4 c basil
1 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Stuffed Mushrooms

  1. Take the stems out of mushroom caps and set aside.

  2. Chop basil and mix with cottage cheese and spices.

  3. Fill caps with mixture.

  4. Put on lightly greased pan and lightly spray mushrooms with 0 calorie cooking spray.

  5. Bake til toasty at 350F

  6. Enjoy
