I'm trying to come up with a base for a low calorie tirimisu, among other things.

1 tsp Sugars, Granulated
4 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
0.25 tsp Vanilla Extract
0.3 oz Plain Nonfat
0.25 tsp Baking Powder
1/8 tsp Baking Soda
0.3 fl oz White Vinegar, Distilled, Organic

  1. Beat the egg until soft peaks form. add sugar & splenda and beat until glossy.

  2. in separate bowl, combine flour, powder and a pinch of salt.

  3. beat wet and dry ingredients together until combined.

  4. beat in vanilla.

  5. add baking soda and then vinegar. beat.

  6. bake in a ramekin @ 375 for roughly 12 minutes.
