Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Quiche

6 egg whites
1 cup low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
12 small mushrooms, sliced
1 cup broccoli, chopped

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Quiche

  1. Cut mushrooms and broccoli

  2. Mix egg whites, cheeses, milk, flour, and garlic. Add mushrooms,onion, and broccoli.

  3. Pour into a greased baking pan.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
