Recipe Ingredients for Low calorie pumpkin loaf. 2 loaves

10 cups Pumpkin
2 cups wheat bran
8 oz oat bran
7 oz 100% Whey Protein Powder
3 tbsp flaxseed
2 tbsp baking powder
4 egg whites
2 tbsp cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low calorie pumpkin loaf. 2 loaves

Mix the dry ingredients together then add to a mixture of the wet ingredients. Bake in a shallow dish for more of a protein 'cake' style bar, or a high loaf for a bread style. Depending on your choice of pan, bake for 160deg celcius for about 30m (cakes) or at a lower temperature, about 140deg for a loaf. You may find that you have some slightly uncooked batter in the centre of the loaf. If this happens, simply turn the oven up and after slicing the loaf, lay the pieces flat on a baking tray to 'crisp' them up.
