this is a recipe that I am working on, it creates a fairly dense bread but it tastes good

Recipe Ingredients for Low calorie pumkin bread

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour
1/2 cup Splenda brown sugar
1 tbs baking powder
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 cup water
2 egg whites
1/3 cup apple sauce

Recipe Directions for Low calorie pumkin bread

Preheat oven at 350 F. Spray and flour a 9x5 bread pan. Whip egg whites, Combine dry ingredients and wet ingredients in separate bowls before mixing together. Mix until batter is moist. Scoop into bread pan. Bake for 60 min. Makes 13 servings with around calories each
