Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Oriental Mushroom Soup

1/2 lbs mushrooms, fresh and sliced
30 oz condensed chicken broth
2 cups water
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup celery, thinly sliced diagonally
1 cup carrots, thinly sliced
1/2 cup spinach leaves, fresh and coarsely cut

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Oriental Mushroom Soup

  1. Heat broth, water, soy sauce, celery, carrots and onion until extremely hot, about 10 minutes

  2. Cover and simmer on medium heat for about 20 minutes. Add spinach and mushrooms; simmer for 5-8 minutes longer or until vegetables are tender
