Good healthy way to start the day. Leave off the cheese if you want healthier, but I think in moderation it's fine.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Omelet

1 dash Black pepper
1 pinch sea salt
97 grams Eggland's Best Egg
12 grams Velveeta 2% cheese
43 grams red bell pepper
58 grams vidalia onion
9 grams water
8 grams jalapeno
25 grams button mushrooms
10 grams Campari Tomatoes
1 g bacon grease

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Omelet

Saute vegetables in oil until tender.(Use non-stick pan.) Beat egg with a tsp. or two of water until fluffy. Add to the sauteed vegetables and make sure the bottom of pan is covered. Salt & pepper & add cheese. When omelet seems to have set, fold over and let cook for another minute or two until cheese is melted. Slide into plate and enjoy!
