Easy low-cal cookies everyone can enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Oatmeal Cookies

1 cup Oats, Rolled, Regular Old Fashioned
0.33 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
0.67 tsp Baking Powder
0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 cup Applesauce
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350deg

  2. Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl (not including oatmeal)

  3. Add wet ingredients and mix until all of the dry ingredients are well-combined with the wet.

  4. Drop in tablespoon amounts on greased baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes rotating racks and sheets at 5 minute mark

  6. Enjoy!
