Recipe Ingredients for low calorie oatmeal chocolate chip cookie

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1/2 cup Splenda Granulated
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
2 egg whites
3 tsps vanilla
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for low calorie oatmeal chocolate chip cookie

  1. Preheat oven to 375.

  2. Mix flour, oats, baking soda, and salt in small bowl.

  3. In large bowl, mix applesauce, sugars, egg whites, and vanilla.

  4. Add dry mix to wet mix, mix well. Add chocolate chips.

  5. Put small spoonfulls on lightly pam sprayed cookie sheet.

  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.

  7. Makes 24 cookies.
