Recipe Ingredients for Low calorie, high nutrition tomatoe based soup

2 cup Tomato Puree
8 oz Beans Mixed
4 cup, chopped Kale
3 tbsp Rosemary, Fresh
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Salt, Table
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Low calorie, high nutrition tomatoe based soup

  1. place all ingredients other than kale and flour in a crock pot.

  2. about 30 minutes before serving add flour, mixing first with about 1/2 c of cold water. Stir well then add chopped kale.

  3. serve over brown rice for a heartier soup
