Chunky granola with nutritional ingredients and not too sweet. Makes 35 1/2 c servings.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Healthy Granola

8 c oats
1/4 c flax seeds
1/4 c wheat germ
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c molasses
1/4 c honey
3/4 c unsweetened applesauce
1 1/2 c coconut
3/4 c water
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 c almonds
1 1/2 c dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Healthy Granola

Combine all dry. Combine wet in saucepan to simmer, pour over dry. Bake at 300 until dry, stirring gently occasionally, about 2-3 hours.
