Granola sweetened with artificial sweetner and sugar free syrup. Only 90 calories per 1/4 cup, compared to the usual 160 per 1/4 cup.

Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Granola

1 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
6 packets no calorie splenda
2 tbsp sugar free syrup
1/4 cup Applesauce
1 egg whites
1/4 cup Craisins, Sweetened Dried Cranberries

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350║F.

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine dry ingredients (oats, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and Splenda«). In a separate bowl, mix together wet ingredients (canola oil and egg whites); stir wet mixture into dry mixture.

  3. Bake for 30 minutes in preheated oven.
