Recipe Ingredients for low calorie granola bars

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup wheat germ
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup flour
3/4 cup raisins
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1/2 cup applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla

Recipe Directions for low calorie granola bars

  1. preheat oven 350. spray a 9x13 dish.

  2. large bowl mix together oats, brown sugar, wheat germ, cinnamon, flour, raisins and salt.

  3. make w well in the center, and pour honey, egg, oil and vanilla.

  4. mix well using your hands. pat into pan.

  5. bake for 30 to 35 min. until bars brgin to turn golden at the edges. cool for 5 min. then cut bars while still warm. do not allow to cool completely before cutting.

  6. enjoy!!
