Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie French Toast

2 slices reduced calorie rye bread
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie French Toast

  1. Spray a skillet with non-stick spray and put on the stove at medium heat.

  2. Mix all ingredients except bread in small bowl.

  3. Dip slice of bread in bowl and place in skillet.

  4. Flip when golden brown.

  5. Remove when finished, enjoy with non-fat yogurt or fruit!
