Recipe Ingredients for Low Calorie Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

1 cup skim milk
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/8 teaspoon basil

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Low Fat Alfredo Sauce

  1. Place all of the ingredients, except basil, into a food processor. process until smooth.

  2. Transfer to sauce pan and heat, adding basil once heated.

  3. Use over coocked pasta, vegetables, in lasagna, or anywhere where alfredo sauce would be used.
