2 large Egg, White
1 1tsp Olive Oil
20 grams Wheat Bran, Crude

Recipe Directions for Low Calorie Fake Taco

  1. 1. Mix 2 egg whites with a tablespoon of wheat bran in a bowl.

  2. 2. Put a pan on the stove and pour a tbs of olive oil in it, when it shimmers, add bran-egg mixture.

  3. 3. Fry until completely white then flip over in one piece. Leave it for 30 seconds.
